[SCIM] Can you help me test the latest SCIM CVS code?

Hi,
My suggestion:
replace the line below

mkinstalldirs = $(SHELL) `case "$(MKINSTALLDIRS)" in
/*) echo "$(MKINSTALLDIRS)" ;; *) echo
"$(top_builddir)/$(MKINSTALLDIRS)" ;; esac`

in file po/Makefile.in.in with

mkinstalldirs = $(SHELL) $(top_srcdir)/mkinstalldirs

This works for me
