[SCIM] scim-hangul can't input last charator within java app.

Hi 

I just test with cgoban2, that is a java program.
Scim-hangul can't input last korean charactor in java program.

I am testing other xim as nabi(korean im)
That's work well with java, but scim-hangul doesn't.

When I type "안녕하세요.." scim-hangul just input "안녕하세.."
When I type "ABCD..."  scim-hangul just input "ABC..."
Last Korean charactor is disappeared.

Scim version is 0.99.5
Scim-hangul is 0.0.2
