[SCIM] Does anyone can help me translate scim into Korean?

Hi,
The first thing to be translated is the po file. The template po file
is attached. Rename it to ko.po and translate all of the messages in it
to Korean. It's better to use a po translation tool to do this job, for
example kbabel (shipped in kdesdk3-translate package).
