[SCIM] scim-hangul can't input last charator within java app.

But that patch doesn't work 
with scim 0.99.6 and scim-hangul 0.0.3.

I recheck scim set over the spot.

over the spot and on the spot, same thing happen.

Space and enter key keep last charator.
but dot, comma, number and some specal charator like "^" "%".
delete last Korean charator.
Keypad number keep last charator.
