[SCIM] XIM doesn't work

Hi,

I just installed scim 0.99.6, scim-tables-0.4.1 and
scim-chinese-0.4.1. This time I used --prefix=/usr for every package
and the smart pinyin works fine. However the scim still only works in
gtk applications. What should I do to make it work in Mozilla? Also if
I switch to xim in gtk applications, it will say:

Gtk-WARNING **: Loading IM context type 'xim' failed
