[SCIM] Lookup table direction

FYI.
Most of Japanese input methods use left/right direction to select and
resize text segments. So candidate selection operations are assigned to
up/down/PageUp/PageDown key.

However, selectiong horizontal candidate items by vertial
operationg keys seems not intrusive for Japanese users.
