[SCIM] XIM doesn't work

It turns out the changes I made in xinput doesn't work. I don't know
what I did wrong there (attached my xinput file). Now I can use XIM in
gtk applications if I start scim manully. However, scim still can not
be opened in mozilla by pressing ctrl-space.
