[SCIM] New German translations for scim

Hi Cougar,

please find the revised German translations attached. Hendrik Brandt 
<eru _AT_ gmx.li> had started an independent translation of scim, 
scim-chinese and scim-hangul, and these files are the results of a 
merger of our translations. Could you give him equal credit for the 
translations on your translation HOWTO (and other relevant pages)?

The German screenshot of skim is still up to date - only minor revisions 
to the skim translation. If there are no other additions, these should 
be the final German translations before the release of 1.0.0.
