[SCIM] please update translation po files of skim

Hi all translation contributors,

skim 0.9.7 will be released soon. but before that, could you
translators please update the po files of skim.

This is a list of statistics only containing those which are not
completely translated:

zh_TW
101 translated messages, 1 fuzzy translation, 22 untranslated messages.
ja
111 translated messages, 1 fuzzy translation, 12 untranslated messages.
ko
120 translated messages, 1 untranslated message.
desktop_zh_TW
32 translated messages, 4 untranslated messages.
