[SCIM] how about exit menu in scim

Hi

Some time I need to restart or finish the scim.
SCIM menu have Reload Configuration, but that doesn't cover all change.
(example: turn on off  some input modules) 
That time I need to restart scim, using "kill" command.

When I upgrade scim or some other input modules, that time I need to
restart.

So I think if there is exit and restart menu, there is more easy for
using.
