[SCIM] Inputting tone-correct Pinyin (not characters) with SCIM

If you just want to input Pinyin letters sometimes, you may just use
Smart Pinyin input method (scim-chinese) to do that. For example if
you want to type 'a' with tones, just input ipinyina. The valid keys
are:
ipinyina
ipinyinA
ipinyine
ipinyinE
ipinyini
ipinyinI
ipinyino
ipinyinO
ipinyinu
ipinyinU
ipinyinv
ipinyinV
