It is a backward compatible natural enhancement to XIM Compose
mechanism, which was originally written in '89, so it carries certain
limitations, but it is not too hard to use for ordinary composition
requirements as it amazingly worked fine for ordinary (and majority)
users needing just a couple of language support on X :-).
Having said that, the future direction is obvious that as no longer
even IIIMF uses it where it originally came from ;-).
