[SCIM] Troubles when running SCIM

Hi,

I have got some troubles installing SCIM. When I
launch it, I always have the following message :

When I start SCIM with the following command : "SCIM
-d", it says succesful, but still SCIM doesn't work, I
mean, I can't type anything in chinese with it.

What shall I do ?
