[SCIM] Re: [PATCH]Clarify using InputMethod in KDE

I think UIM and SCIM may not be merged. We just need a wrapper to
adapt UIM as an input method module of SCIM.

We may start implementing this wrapper after I finished the generic
property api of SCIM.
