[SCIM] Still scim-chinese shows some errors

Of course I had done it:
$ cvs -z3 -d:ext:anoncvs at savannah.nongnu.org:/cvsroot/scim co scim-lib
$ ./bootstrap && ./configure --prefix=/usr && make

And I got these errors:
