[SCIM] scim-m17n: scim can manage m17n directly

Hi,

James released scim-m17n. Now scim can manage m17n directly.

If you use scim and anthy, you don't need uim (and scim-uim).
Select M17N-ja-anthy, and you can type Japanese with anthy.
