[SCIM] Pinyin and Tables disappeared from the menu.

Could this be the same problem that I'm having? The above comand does
indeed seem to disable UIM (except for UIM-m17n), and the command that
activates XIM seems to be doing the same thing.

On the other hand, I also tried "scim -f socket -e 
uim,m17n,pinyin,table,rawcode -c simple -d" which Yukiko suggested, and 
what happened on my system was that UIM got enabled and all the normal 
SCIM methods didn't. I might as well have used "scim -f socket -e uim -c 
simple -d".

At the moement it seems that UIM and SCIM just don't play nice 
together... Perhaps we're dealing with a bug?
