[SCIM] About the new version of SKIM.

Still a lot of problem inside SKIM. 
1st, if there is a scim-panel-gtk running, skim will exit withou warnning, 
though gives some trace infor.
2dn, I modified my xinput in order to run SCIM. But after KDE starting, 
there will be a lot of instances of SKIM.
3rd,after SKIM starting, SKIM will show the setting dialog. So, my screen 
was full of the dialogs.....:(
4th, SKIM causes scim-setup can't run, which gives out "Load KConfig 
erorr". I have to, under those situation, uninstall SKIM. 

I hope those problem will be solved soon. And I hope the SKIM's appearance 
will be the same as scim-panel-gtk, which is the better look & feel, I 
think.
