[SCIM] Problems using scim with Emacs

In my system I don't have `/usr/share/emacs/21.3.50', I have `/usr/share/emacs/21.2.93',
and the directory  `/usr/share/emacs/21.2.93/lisp/international' does not contain the files
subst-ksc.el, subst-jis.el, subst-gb2312.el and subst-big5.el that you mention.
In the new emacs-21.3 distribution there is a directory `lisp/international',
but it doesn't contain those files, as well.

So, where can I fetch the files subst-ksc.el, subst-jis.el, subst-gb2312.el and subst-big5.el that you mention?
