I'm sorry for confusing you.  The description of m17n-lib-bin is
wrong.  It contains the utilities which uses libm17n, not maintanance
commands.  I'll correct this on the next upload.

There is no need for scim-m17n to depend on or recommend m17n-lib-bin.

I applied the patch attached to
<200410251142.UAA13708 at etlken.m17n.org>, and it seems to work
well.
