[SCIM] scim start messages on stdout when using GTK_IM_MODULE=scim

when an GTK2 application started from a terminal and the GTK input
module support is used, the startup messages of scim can be seen on
standard output. For example:

    mfabian at magellan:~$ export GTK_IM_MODULE=scim
    mfabian at magellan:~$ gedit

    [...]

    SCIM: im_module_init
    Loading IMEngine module: socket ...
        Loading IMEngine Factory 0 ... : OK

    [...]

socket IMEngine module is successfully loaded.

This is quite annoying, especially when using mlterm because
the mlterm-config-dialog which pops up on Control+Right-Mouse
in mlterm is also a GTK2 application.

That means, when one and opens the config-dialog of mlterm for example
to change the font-size, the contents of the current mlterm
window are overwritten. This can be very annoying if one is using
a ncurses application, for example reading mail with mutt and
has to press some key to redraw the screen again and again.

Can these startup messages be avoided somehow?
