I know these language supported by scim-i17m. :-) only know..

As I said, I don't know anything about European languages, even a little
know English.

My thought was..

Austrian, Brazilian, Canadian-French, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, English,
Finnish French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish and
Swedish are
all most same keyboard layout, but different.

German is

French is

Italian is

I think if want to use only upper languages, there is no need for
additional IM, just need change keyboard type(or key lay out)setting.
But when use these languages with others?
That's my wandering.

For changing keyboard layout and changing input method, are there
different setting tool or setting method?

I thought if can these control in a setup tools(for just one click or
press a combined shot key), that well be better.

Thanks.
Kitae.
