[SCIM] scim-chinese had been renamed to scim-pinyin.

Hi,
   In order to reduce confusion, I decided to rename package
scim-chinese to scim-pinyin. The first unstable scim 0.5.0 can be
downloaded from http://sourceforge.net/projects/scim. If you want to
use scim 1.1.0 and Smart Pinyin IMEngine, please use scim-pinyin 0.5.0
instead of the old scim-chinese package.
