It's unclear what "mergeable" means in your example. nie:url absolutely
requires special handling in the code, and marking it as special in the
ontology doesn't really help anyone.

rdf:type possibly requires a special merging strategy because it's absolutely
normal for users to assign extra rdf:types to resources in PIMO, and this means
that it's better to also sync required pieces of PIMO ontology Eg if a user
assigns pimo:someEvent a pimo:MySuperSpecialEvent class, it's nice to also sync
the definition of this class. Again, this doesn't mean rdf:type isn't merged,
only that it's done using some custom code.

Do you have any other examples where you could use this?

I'm not sure this belongs to ontology because it's more about the architecture
of the specific tool: its default merge algo and special-case overrides.
