A patch for nao:identifyingProperty

When comparing the resources from any 2 endpoints, it is difficult to determine
if 2 resources with different resources uris are the same.

This patch, sets a lot of properties as identifyableProperties. These
properties can be collectively used to identify resources. Kind of like a
primary key in relation databases. There is a certain amount of fuzziness in
resource matching as all the properties may not match, but a large sub-set may
match.

It's best to choose properties whose value would not change for a long time.
Therefore properties like nao:numericRating and hasTag have not been included.
