Hmm, seems this mail did not go out as expected.

====

Hey everyone,

I've cut another development release, with once again a lot of changes.
The cleanup of the spice-server codebase has been moving forward. In addition
to that, spice-server grew support for using GStreamer when encoding streaming
areas instead of MJPEG.

spice-protocol 0.12.12 was also released, the only change is a protocol addition
needed to support lz4 compressed data in the VMC channels.

THIS IS STILL AN UNSTABLE RELEASE. It's meant as a checkpoint of the work
going on, and will let early testers try it out. Bugs can be reported on
our bugzilla on https://bugs.freedesktop.org

Major changes in 0.13.2:
========================

*** IMPORTANT ***
The 0.13.x release series is an unstable release series, if you are looking for
stability for daily use, please use the latest 0.12.x release. We are trying to
keep the code as functional as 0.12, but regressions or bugs could still happen.

* Fixes for various CVEs
* Added GStreamer support to the video streaming code
* Fix old migration bug causing migration to never end in some cases
* Fix some vdagent-related regressions introduced in 0.13.1
* Added lz4 compression to the spicevmc channel
* Ongoing code cleanups
