[Bug 51192] Missing configure option --disable-xinerama

I'd prefer a tri-state switch:
* nothing specified = auto, same behaviour as the current one
* --enable-xinerama = error out if xinerama cannot be found
* --disable-xinerama = xinerama is disabled
