device manager showing properties of QXL device/driver

I installed QXL driver using spice-guest-tools-0.3.exe and restarted my
machine, only to find it running now in 4-bit colors and 800x600 resolution. I
thought I can change it from display properties but 'Color quality' combo has
only 4-bit colors option. Also I can't move the slider of the resolution
either.

Attaching screenshots of what device manager has to say about QXL. Will also
add libvirt XML of the domain in question.
