[Bug 83179] The color of 1080P video played by VLC player would get fuzzy/distorted with smaller screen or fullscreen within smaller resolution such as 1280x1024.

You can refer to attached snapshot:
attachment 108504 -> Fuzzy color with shrinking screen of vlc player.
attachment 108505 -> normal color with original screen of vlc player.
PS:
VMware Horizon-View & Microsoft RDP on the same Guest-OS Windows 7 :
-> No fuzzy-color issue whatever shrinking screen of vlc with 1080P video.

And we also find each video would appear this color-distorted issue while
shrinking the resolution which smaller than original video quality.
