When not grabbing, spice-gtk display receive all events from gtk, like any
other widgets that has the focus.

If your application want to have extra keyboard handling, it must do so via
focus management or accelerators, or event filter etc. I don't think spice-gtk
widget should change its default behaviour, it's a regular gtk widget.
