[Bug 93544] No audio on systems that do not use PulseAudio

I have PulseAudio installed.  Regardless of whether PulseAudio is actually
running, I get the same records you are showing, but in a different order:

> $ gst-inspect-1.0 | grep -i "alsa\|pulse"
> alsa:  alsasink: Audio sink (ALSA)
> alsa:  alsasrc: Audio source (ALSA)
> pulseaudio:  pulsedeviceprovider (GstDeviceProviderFactory)
> pulseaudio:  pulsesrc: PulseAudio Audio Source
> pulseaudio:  pulsesink: PulseAudio Audio Sink
