When accessing Windows hosts the ctrl-alt-del button is needed to login/access
the hosts.

A bug was filed against ovirt for this issue and was added to ovirt itself:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1014069

My thinking, however, is that this should be more generic and part of the
spice_auto.html in spice-html5 itself since other projects will all have the
same issue (and anybody just using spice directly).

The fix is reasonably trivial since the function already exists, so it would
just involve adding a button with onclick="sendCtrlAltDel()".

I'm hoping this would be the correct place for this fix!
