The RHEV SPICE AGENT keep sending alerts that it has been have been
automatically restarted more than 5 times.

we have RHEV 3.4 and the error appear on Windows Virtual host (Windows 2012
x64) .

the event viewer is giving the below appreciate to send back whats is that and
how to fix it ?
