I want to set defaults and overrides for specific hosts by UUID in
"~/.config/virt-viewer/settings" file like it done already for monitor-mapping.

List of options to implement: fullscreen, color-depth, disable-channels,
disable-effects, enable-smartcard, enable-usbredir, enable-usb-autoshare,
usb-filter

~/.config/virt-viewer/settings example:
