This is most likely QEMU's fault but while I'm not 100% sure....

rebooting rhel7 guest makes the client audio goes to 100%. The very same issue
was fixed on migration by [0]. Both volume-changes on reboot and on migration
seem to be a QEMU bug, not spice.
