I've sent an email asking if they can provide the latest driver from
https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/qxl-wddm-dod/qxl-wddm-dod-0.13/

I'd strongly recommend using
https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/qxl-wddm-dod/qxl-wddm-dod-0.13
which is based on the qxl-dod driver from the virtio-win ISO but has seen some
fixes and improvements, and is the code base which is going to be maintained.
