[Bug 99965] Spice user manual refers to nonexistent feature "Arbitrary resolution"

Update: at least partially my bad, it does work in Windows 10, but the
documentation could be improved to prevent problems like mine.

1) Please add the documentation point:

In virt-manager's builtin viewer, the feature can be activated by selecting
View->Scale Display->Auto-resize VM with Window.

2) Please rename the feature away from "Arbitrary Resolution", which is really
a feature of the display driver and does not adequately describe the desired
userland functionality.
