There has been recent changes in mutter/gnome-shell during about last year: the
screen locks itself even when the grab is taken by spice-gtk (or other widget).

There seem to be a consensus that  spice-gtk should not attempt to inhibit the
client screensaver/lock. The "double" guest screensaver is a user settings
issue to me, that spice probably shouldn't have to touch.
