When I resize my qemu/kvm window with my VM running CentOS 7 with Xorg QXL
driver the resolution in the guest X server changes nicely, but the physical
monitor dimensions are not updated. This makes the DPI as reported by e.g.
xdpyinfo wrong and DPI-aware applications end up looking very bad.
When the screen size is changed the DPI should be updated too.
