error dialog when no iso files

Description:

Now when no ISO file is found, an error dialog "Failed to fetch CD names" pops.
I think this dialog is annoying. This is a normal scenario, and i think just
display a tip like "no iSO files are found" in "Change CD" dialog is OK. No
need to display an error except an exception is really happened.</pre>
