spice-server patch to reproduce the issue

Currently spice-gtk code attempt to insert some delay to deal lipsync.
The idea is to delay frame displays to sync with the audio.
However the delay is attempted on the output of the pipeline (so uncompressed
frames) potentially requiring large amount of memory.
I wrote a patch for the server (attached) to leverage the delay so high to
cause the client to crash.</pre>
