[Spice-commits] Spice streaming video option

Hi I'm italian, sorry for my not perfect english.

The options for streaming video are:
streaming-video=[off|all|filter]

I've tried to run spice server with option
streaming-video=off

after that I run server with option
streaming-video=all

I played a video with the first option and then with the second option, but
i can't notice any difference. Do I make an error??
