Ok, it it doesn't do anything anyway it is pointless to start in the 
first place ...

Also having the spice vmchannel device enabled and qxl disabled is 
probably quite uncommon.  So although it would be nice to have the agent 
mouse work in this case it isn't that a big issue and we have more 
important stuff to handle ;)
