I found the second scaling issue. It was due to overflowing the pixman
16bit coordinate space for the source coordinates.

With this fix ppt2007 redraws much better. Sometimes when scrolling
by clicking i get black inside the scrollbar contents, but that seems
to be a different kind of bug than the scaling one. Needs further
research.
