Looks like I need to do a 0.7.1 anyways as 0.7.0 won't compile, I tested
from git. But I should have tested the tarbal compiled. Some header files
are missing from server/tests/Makefile.am

So the 0.7.0 tarbal won't compile as make dist did not include these
headers :(

Live and learn.

0.7.1 coming up I'll fix the server version there as well.
