I know that pixman is being built on Windows with MSVC, because it is
used in Firefox, and because occasionally someone will send patches to
fix the build, but I haven't built it myself on Windows.

There is a Makefile for windows in the 'src' directory, but I don't
know if it actually works.

If you get it building, we should get the build system into the
upstream pixman repository so other people can benefit from it as
well.
