You mean connect from one virtual machine using the client into another
virtual machine?
if this is the question the answer is yes.

We right now can run on just X11 / Windows platforms (clients), if you
got embedded device that is using
windows embedded or x11 platform embedded, then yes.
We will happily merge patch`s that will add spice support for other archs.
