[Spice-devel] New libspice api pushed

I just pushed a series of patches from Gerd Hoffmann that adds a new
version of the libspice API that is explicit rather than implicit with
the interface notifiers. This is the API we will be pushing in the
future when going for qemu integration, rather than the previous setup.
