[Spice-devel] does spice require qemu ?

Dear all,

I have tried to find on the website the answer to the question if I can 
run spice fully on a vmware platform whithout KVM or qemu . Not that I 
would not want to use it but for certain implementations I am restricted 
to VMware

I could not find the answer, Please let me know if this is possible.
