Hi all,

Fedora is moving to cegui-0.7 for F-15. It turns out that the API for apps
defining there own renderer has been completely redone. Rather then fixing
the current spicec which is likely to be replaced by a gtk version in the
future anyways. I've created a parellel installable version of cegui0.6,
which we can keep using in spice-client for both building and runtime.

A package review ticket for this is here (review appreciated):
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=650643

Note I've also removed a lot of optional image codec / xml parser plugins.
So we could use this cegui06 package to also enable the cegui bits under
future RHEL-6 builds, without needing to drag in tons of deps. It still
requires one not yet in RHEL-6 dependency: glew, but glew is getting used
by more and more apps, so getting that into a future RHEL-6 release seems
like a good thing in general.

Regards,

Hans
